We are pleased to share that Andy Wilkins, one of the Founding Partners at Perspectiv, has joined the Global Kindness Institute (GKI).
The Global Kindness Institute is a global advisory organisation focused on advancing kindness in leadership as a measurable driver of performance, productivity, and organisational success.
Andy joins a global advisory group of experienced leaders working at the intersection of leadership, workplace climate, and performance, contributing to the development of commercially relevant, human-centred leadership frameworks.
At GKI, we hope to add to the growing global conversation: that leadership effectiveness is not only defined by outcomes, but by the climate leaders create to achieve them.
What We’re Setting Out to Achieve
Recently Andy and Mark Doughty got together to discuss the idea of:
Why isn’t workplace climate in the P&L?
Organisations rigorously track financial outputs, yet all but ignore the conditions that produce them.
Despite the clear evidence that psychological climate shapes behaviour, decision-making, and performance, it remains largely absent from how organisations measure and track success.
Perspectiv and The Global Kindness Institute will be working to challenge this, positioning climate not as a cultural by-product, but as a measurable driver of commercial outcomes.
Kindness, in this context, is not a soft or abstract idea. It is positioned as a deliberate, practical lever for shaping behaviour, strengthening workplace climates, and improving performance.
