Our Approach

The framework underpinning our solutions was developed through empirical and applied research over 70 years and is summarised in the graphic.

3 underlying capabilities

  1. Deliberate Process

Using a common and fair framework, language and tools to turn people’s diversity into focused action and change. Structure that’s not stifling.

  2. Inclusive Leadership

Engaging the widest array of people to figure out situations that balances boundaries on empowerment, delegation and participation. Freedom within a framework.

  3. Climate Creation

Developing the psychological atmosphere where people feel safe to project themselves without fear of negative consequences to self-image, status or career. Safe for, not from, disagreements.

Consider any organisation and there is often NO visible differences between them. They all have similar strategies, policies, procedures, organisational structures, reward systems, management etc. And yet, some organisations on any economic or social measure perform far better. This is because the key to the high performers of this world is using inclusive leadership with a deliberate process to create a psychologically safe climate.
