Leadership has always involved some degree of uncertainty. However, today’s environment is different in scale and speed. Today’s leaders operate in a world that is defined by complexity, turbulence and unpredictability (VUCA).

Leadership isn’t a title or a hierarchy. It’s a relationship earned through behaviours that remove barriers, challenge outdated myths, and inspire people to choose to follow.

Leadership is a relationship between those who choose to lead and those who choose to follow, and we look for special qualities in people we willingly follow.
