Ian Stromsmoe

Ian combines a wealth of experience in creative agencies, digital transformation and service design with contemporary approaches to leadership, collaboration and problem solving to help organisations and individuals tackle complex challenges and successfully lead change.

He has over 20 years’ experience in digital and creative agencies working across strategy, business development and client services with a focus on leading teams to design and implement human-centred digital and service transformation programmes. His industry experience spans financial services, oil & gas, utilities, pharmaceuticals, tourism, retail & consumer and professional services.

Ian holds the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Henley Centre for Coaching at Henley Business School (University of Reading) and a Master’s in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership (with Distinction) from Bayes Business School at City, University of London (formerly Cass). His Master’s dissertation received a Distinction and produced a maturity model for agency-client relationships in CX and service design. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Organisational Communications and is a Certified User of VIEW™: An assessment of Problem Solving Style.
